Rotary South Events Ltd (Company Number 13621144, VAT registration no. 407 9134 96) organises events for Rotary District 1145 (Rotary South).
Rotary District 1145 is part of Rotary International and is comprised of over 80 Rotary Clubs located in Surrey, West Sussex, East Sussex, NE Hampshire, and six London Boroughs to the south and west of London.
As a service organisation, Rotary International has a membership of over 1.2 million members across more than 200 countries and territories.
Rotary South Events Ltd was established in 2021 to assist Rotary District 1145 in organizing significant events, including the annual District Conference.

Rotary South held their District Conference at G-Live in Guildford in October 2025. This was a two day event. The theme of the conference was Going Green, Going Global. On the first evening there was a multi cultural music and dance event with performers from UK, South America and India. This was accompanied by presentations on the work of the Rotary Foundation.
The second day was devoted to environmental speakers from both inside and outside Rotary. Among the speakers were the Health & Welfare Minister from Nigeria, and International Airlines Group.
The Rotary South Conference 2026 is now being planned. It will be held at Epsom Race Course on 10th October 2026
